Campbell Properties is on the hunt for an Area Manager who can inspire a team, keep operations on point, and make our communities shine. What You'll Be Doing You'll be the go-to leader for your portfolio of apartments and townhomes, making sure every day runs like clockwork.
Your mission includes:
Managing day-to-day operations of your assigned site office Leading, mentoring, and motivating employees to perform at their best Scheduling staff and approving timesheets (keeping everything on track!) Assessing training needs and delivering ongoing coaching Tracking team activity to ensure tasks and goals are met Liaising with leadership to strategize and report on ongoing issues Identifying problems (big or small) and implementing effective solutions Occasional travel to other properties to lend support or act as interim leadership Assisting with property appearance to keep communities welcoming Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations, including Fair Housing Following Campbell Properties policies and performing other duties as needed What Makes You a Great Fit You don't need to check every box—but this role is perfect for someone who: Has strong communication skills and isn't afraid to give (or receive) constructive feedback Loves coaching and mentoring a team to success Can multitask, stay organized, and create clear guidelines for others Is self-motivated and eager to keep growing in property management Has weekend availability Holds a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Has experience with Yardi (preferred but not required) Property management experience (a plus, but your leadership skills matter most!)
