We're looking for a dynamic Multi-Unit District Manager who knows that flawless P&L management starts with an empowered, highly motivated team. Overview The District Manager (DM) leads operations, financial performance, and team development across 4-6 restaurant locations in Minnesota and North Dakota. This role partners closely with franchise leadership to drive sales, strengthen the General Manager bench, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all units.
Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & Brand Standards Financial Management & P&L Accountability People Leadership, Recruiting & Retention Compliance & Labor Administration Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful multi-unit leadership experience specifically within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), fast-casual, or high-volume retail sectors.
Track Record:
Proven ability to manage budgets, drive labor efficiencies, control food costs, and successfully hit district KPIs.
Leadership:
Demonstrated success in developing, mentoring, and retaining General Managers.
Certifications:
Active ServSafe Manager Certification Travel & Availability:
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel between district locations. Willingness to work a flexible schedule (50+ hours per week), including peak periods, evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational emergencies dictate.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
