Job Description

We are currently seeking team members for full time Production Testing Night Operators in our North Dakota division. These positions are field based, involving approximately 20 days a month travelling to work sites throughout North Dakota (and occasionally surrounding states) to perform gas well testing duties. MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Night supervision of site and personnel Maintenance and servicing all well testing equipment Communicate effectively with client, on site personal, day supervisors and operations managers Oversee accurate readings of gauges and monitors and submission of all data and samples during shift Completion of necessary shift paperwork. Responsible for training of positions under your supervision Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies and the willingness to ask questions if things are unclear Adherence to Colter safety guidelines, policies and procedures Able to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 per shift Able and willing to follow direction for assigned duties from Day Supervisor, Field Superintendent and Operations Management
