Turn a Lakeside Gem into Your Own Business! We are seeking an energetic, hands-on management team to lead the grand reopening and operation of our family-owned Nebraska lake resort. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to run a business with the safety net of existing infrastructure and owner support.

The Partnership Model:

The Investment:

Requires a small initial startup investment.

The Profit:

Owners are hands-off; you manage the revenue and pay a set lease amount only once the business is generating income.

The Support:

Owners provide training, the property, and a proven track record to ensure your success.

The Roles:

You will act as the face of the resort, balancing "front-of-house" hospitality with "back-of-house" care.

Partner A:

Operations & Guest RelationsHospitality:

Hospitality:

Manage reservations (online/phone), check-ins, and guest communications.

Marketing:

Drive bookings via social media and local digital marketing.

Admin:

Handle payments, basic bookkeeping, and reporting.

Partner B:

Maintenance & Grounds Facility Care:

Landscaping, minor repairs, and general property upkeep.

Management:

Coordinate contractors for major projects and manage/perform housekeeping/laundry.

Safety:

Ensure all guest amenities and grounds are 5-star ready.

Requirements:

Proven experience in hospitality, property management, or trades/maintenance. An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work together as a seamless team. Strong communication and basic computer skills (booking software). A passion for the outdoors and creating a premier guest experience.
