This role is equal parts leadership, operations and relationship-building. You'll work closely with firm leadership to support our team, strengthen communication, improve workflows and create an environment where employees can do their best work while delivering exceptional service to clients. You don't need an accounting background to succeed in this role —we're looking for a strong leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes and helping teams work together effectively. What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day operations and help keep priorities moving forward.
  • Support, coach and develop team members.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage workflow, project coordination and resource planning across the firm.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication and efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and firm growth.
  • Help create an exceptional experience for both employees and clients. What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of leadership, operations or project management experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.
  • Experience leading teams, managing priorities and improving processes.
  • A collaborative leadership style that values people as much as results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Operations Management or a related field preferred. Why You'll Love This Role
