Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Assist with event registration, check-in procedures, and guest inquiries Guide guests to designated areas, ensuring smooth flow of event activities Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions and resolving minor issues promptly Support catering and food service operations by bussing tables, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety standards are met during service Help manage event logistics, including setting up tables, distributing materials, and supporting overall event flow Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is highly desirable Strong guest services skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Background in banquet service, catering, or restaurant environments is a plus Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety protocols Experience in hotel or coffee service enhances your ability to excel in this role Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends and evenings Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to guest relations Join us as a Golf Event Hostess and be part of dynamic events that celebrate community, sport, and hospitality!
