We're looking for an energetic, people-first Center Manager to lead daily operations at our Basking Ridge location, develop a passionate team of instructors, and ensure every student gets the individualized attention they deserve. What You'll Do Run a Great Center Oversee daily operations and maintain a welcoming, organized learning environment Use performance data to make smart decisions that improve student outcomes Create a positive atmosphere where students feel safe, engaged, and motivated Lead and Develop Your Team Hire, train, and mentor instructional staff Facilitate energetic staff meetings and ongoing professional development Set clear performance goals and celebrate growth Champion the Student Experience Build personalized learning plans tailored to each student's needs and style Monitor progress closely and address learning challenges before they become setbacks Implement the Mathnasium curriculum with creativity and care Organize community events like Math Nights to deepen engagement Build Relationships with Families Keep parents informed with regular, meaningful progress updates Handle parent concerns promptly and professionally Confidently present Mathnasium's value to prospective families Grow the Center Convert leads by building genuine connections with prospective families Follow up on trial sessions and track key enrollment metrics Execute strategies to grow and retain your student base What We're Looking For Proven leadership ability — you motivate people and build strong teams Excellent communicator with parents, staff, and students alike Solid math skills and a genuine passion for teaching Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented Background in education, tutoring, or center/program management is a plus

What We Offer Compensation:

$22/hr + performance bonuses
