PRIMETONE

is seeking a reliable and experienced Operations Supervisor to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead teams, manage field operations, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites Create and manage detailed job scopes (cleaning, porter, renovations) Supervise field staff and maintain quality control Enforce safety protocols and job site compliance Coordinate schedules, materials, and project timelines Conduct site visits and inspections Communicate with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

Prior experience in operations, construction, janitorial, or property services Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple sites/projects Clean driving record (required) Ability to travel to Philadelphia and other expanding markets as needed Candidates must be able to speak and understand both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
