Job Description:

The Approach Shot - Towaco, NJ About the Role The Approach Shot is looking for someone who can help build and manage the golf experience within our premium indoor golf club. This role goes beyond traditional front desk responsibilities. We are seeking someone who can help organize leagues, tournaments, member events, and simulator operations while creating an outstanding experience for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about golf, highly organized, comfortable with technology, and capable of learning systems quickly. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage TrackMan simulator leagues and tournaments Set up events, formats, scoring systems, and player communication Assist members and guests with TrackMan technology and simulator operation Work directly with TrackMan support when troubleshooting or configuring systems Help develop new league concepts, contests, and member engagement ideas Manage day-to-day club operations during staffed hours Provide excellent customer service and hospitality Maintain facility cleanliness and organization Assist with bookings, memberships, and event scheduling Support social media and club promotions when needed Ideal Candidate Passionate about golf and golf culture Strong understanding of tournament formats, leagues, handicaps, or simulator golf preferred Comfortable learning new software and technology systems Self-motivated and capable of working independently Strong communication and organizational skills Hospitality or customer-facing experience is a plus Experience with TrackMan, golf simulators, or event coordination is a major plus What We're Really Looking For We care more about attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn than having a perfect resume.
