We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to support store leadership and drive day-to-day operational excellence. Position Overview The Operations Manager serves as the assistant to the Store Manager, playing a key role in maintaining smooth store operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring brand standards are consistently upheld. This role is ideal for a retail professional ready to step into senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in overseeing all daily store operations and team activities Supervise floor operations and ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock counts, replenishment, and loss prevention Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and training of store associates Monitor compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and health & safety requirements Step in as acting Store Manager in the absence of senior leadership Qualifications 2-4 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Experience with inventory management systems and retail POS platforms Effective communication skills and a collaborative working style Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
