Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead our Installation and Service teams. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operation of our mechanical and automated parking systems—including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, and industrial machinery. Your leadership will ensure the seamless performance of our automated parking systems while fostering a safety-first environment and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities manage teams responsible for inventory, customer support, mechanical, and automated systems across multiple projects. Lead recruitment efforts including interviewing and onboarding new team members Conduct performance evaluations, training, and orientation Manage scheduling, on-call rotations, payroll hours, and work tickets Coordinate with Installation to support smooth transitions from new projects to ongoing service Enforce a safety-first environment Together with our COO, Service Coordinator, Customer Succes Manager, Field Supervisor, and Inventory Clerk; ensure smooth operations with the Company and for our customers. Qualifications Proven management experience leading mechanical or industrial maintenance teams in manufacturing or facilities management environments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical expertise in high voltage and low voltage systems. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and industrial maintenance practices. Familiarity with platforms for work order management and asset tracking. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Supervising experience in a fast-paced setting with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences. 5+ years' experience in service management, operations, or maintenance with at least 2 years of leadership.
