Job Description

Inventory & Operations Supervisor Sea Pearl East Inc. (Arthrex New Jersey) — Glen Rock, NJ About Us Sea Pearl East Inc. is the exclusive Arthrex distributor for New Jersey, operating across two distribution centers in Glen Rock (North) and South Jersey. We support a high-volume surgical sales team serving hospitals, ASCs, and surgical practices across the state with orthopedic implants, instruments, and biologics. Role Overview The Inventory & Operations Supervisor supports the day-to-day logistics and inventory management functions of the agency. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role working closely with the General Manger, VP of Operations and the ops team to ensure accurate product tracking, timely tray processing, and smooth order fulfillment across both distribution locations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, process, and store incoming instrument trays, sterile implants, and equipment in compliance with Arthrex standards Track and manage consignment inventory across hospital and ASC accounts, including cycle counts and reconciliation Coordinate tray reservations and loaner set logistics for scheduled surgical cases Support white box (sterile packed) product fulfillment and record-keeping Process Bill Only orders, confirm delivery documentation, and flag discrepancies to the appropriate rep or manager Maintain organized, audit-ready records for all inventory movements including transfers, returns, and consignment adjustments Assist with cadaver lab inventory tracking for medical education events Support the onboarding of new product lines and stocking initiatives Coordinate with the ops team on loaner returns, FY-end deadlines, and set reconditioning schedules Assist with credentialing documentation for hospital access compliance Communicate proactively with sales reps and regional managers regarding set availability and case readiness Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in medical device, surgical supply, or healthcare distribution operations preferred Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced, case-driven environment Familiarity with orthopedic surgical trays, instruments, or implants a plus Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems; experience with Arthrex VIP or Redspot a plus Ability to lift 40-50 lbs; comfortable standing for extended periods Reliable, organized, and able to manage competing priorities under deadline Valid driver's license required; occasional inter-facility transport may be needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
