$150,000 - $170,000 Salary About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Channel Operations to lead the performance, readiness, and operational excellence of owned digital channels. This role is responsible for overseeing platform operations across multiple digital properties, ensuring products, content, promotions, and customer experiences are deployed accurately, efficiently, and at scale. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in digital operations, eCommerce execution, launch management, content deployment, merchandising operations, and cross-functional leadership. This individual will play a critical role in building scalable processes, driving operational excellence, and ensuring flawless execution across digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Digital Channel Operations Lead day-to-day operations across owned digital platforms. Ensure platform readiness, operational governance, and execution consistency. Maintain high standards for deployment quality across products, content, and promotions. Develop and optimize scalable operational processes. Support business initiatives through operational excellence and process improvement. Product Launch Readiness Manage end-to-end launch readiness activities and execution workflows. Validate content, merchandising, and platform readiness prior to launch. Identify and mitigate launch risks, dependencies, and operational challenges. Ensure timely and accurate deployment of products, promotions, and experiences. Merchandising Operations Oversee merchandising execution across digital channels. Manage product and category deployment processes. Coordinate promotional implementation and campaign launches. Ensure merchandising accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Content Deployment & Site Operations Manage content publishing and deployment workflows. Ensure content accuracy, quality, and governance standards. Coordinate with content and creative teams to support customer-facing experiences. Maintain publishing schedules and operational readiness. Platform Performance & Optimization Monitor site health, operational performance, and service levels. Track and report on key operational KPIs. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. Lead resolution of operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, marketing, content, merchandising, and client-facing teams. Coordinate priorities, timelines, and execution schedules across multiple departments. Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful project delivery. Support enterprise-wide initiatives requiring digital channel execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. 8+ years of experience in digital operations, eCommerce operations, website operations, or digital channel management. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale digital initiatives. Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), digital merchandising, and deployment processes. Proven ability to build scalable operational frameworks and improve execution efficiency. Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
