Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness Manage business development initiatives to drive growth and enhance market presence. Create contracts and agreements with partners Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Skills Proven management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Strong strategic planning capabilities to drive organizational success. Experience in leadership roles with a focus on operations. Demonstrated ability in business development to identify new opportunities for growth. Proficient in project management practices, ensuring successful execution of initiatives. Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
