Here's what you'll do on the job: Lead all aspects of employee training, including onboarding, skills development, trainer supervision, and safety training programs Manage employee performance through coaching, audits, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback Supervise daily operations to ensure productivity goals, KPIs, and service standards are consistently achieved Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and control operational costs Oversee administrative and support functions to ensure accurate and timely completion of business activities Maintain communication with management, internal teams, and external customers to support operational success Monitor budgets and implement processes to control departmental spending Supervise inventory-related activities, including inspections, cycle counts, stock discrepancies, and dealer return resolutions Promote a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment through strong leadership and continuous improvement initiatives Why This Job?
