Operations Supervisor Montvale, NJ | Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) The Hustle Wig, a growing women-owned brand, is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support our team across all departments. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both people and processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across production, customer service, showroom, and fulfillment Ensure workflows run smoothly and team members stay on track Open/close the shop and maintain an organized workspace Hire, onboard, and support new team members Manage schedules, coverage, and time-off requests Monitor inventory, supplies, and purchasing Oversee production flow and resolve operational issues Ensure product quality and order accuracy Handle escalated customer concerns Track performance, productivity, and operational data Requirements 5+ years of supervisory or management experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Hands-on, problem-solving mindset Clear communication and team leadership ability At The Hustle Wig, you'll be part of a close-knit, women-led team that values ownership, efficiency, and a supportive work environment.
