Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead and support field operations across multiple markets. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about operational excellence. The Team Manager will oversee Lead Supervisors, Area Supervisors, and field teams to ensure programs are properly staffed, trained, compliant, and operating efficiently. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership opportunity with significant impact across the organization. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and support Supervisors, Team Leads, and Assistant Team Managers across assigned markets Ensure operational excellence while maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Partner with field leadership to drive recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives Manage staffing levels and oversee budgeted labor hours for supervisory personnel Develop and coach high-performing leaders within the region Support the growth and development of Area Supervisors and field leadership teams Maintain consistent communication with senior leadership regarding operational updates, challenges, and opportunities Help drive program consistency, accountability, and growth across multiple locations Support training initiatives and ongoing professional development for field teams Assist with inventory management, equipment oversight, and operational readiness What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations or regions Strong communication and relationship-building skills Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Proficiency with email, web-based systems, and basic computer applications Ability to lift and transport equipment up to approximately 20 lbs Ability to successfully complete fingerprinting and/or drug and alcohol screening requirements Clean background and driving record required
