This role provides leadership across multiple physician practices, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, workforce excellence, and achievement of organizational goals. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Senior Operations Manager serves as a key operational leader, driving performance improvement initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and supporting continued growth across clinical service lines. Key Responsibilities Multi-Site Operations Leadership Direct daily operations across multiple outpatient healthcare locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and service excellence. Develop and implement operational strategies that support organizational growth and scalability. Monitor clinic performance, patient flow, provider productivity, and operational KPIs. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement sustainable process improvements. Lead practice integrations, new office openings, and expansion initiatives. Workforce Leadership & Development Foster a growth mindset, accountability mindset, and culture of continuous improvement across all locations and departments. Lead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and front-line staff across multiple locations. Oversee staffing models, workforce planning, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Conduct performance evaluations and implement accountability measures to improve employee performance. Serve as a resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational change management. Provider & Clinical Operations Support Partner closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to optimize operational performance. Ensure appropriate provider scheduling, room utilization, and patient access. Support clinical teams in maintaining high standards of patient care and service delivery. Coordinate operational readiness for new providers, service lines, and clinical programs. Revenue Cycle Oversight Collaborate with billing and revenue cycle teams to improve collections, reduce denials, and optimize reimbursement. Analyze operational reports to support executive decision-making. Compliance & Quality Management Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, state regulations, and payer requirements. Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews. Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor quality metrics and implement corrective action plans when necessary. Vendor & Facility Management Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, contractors, landlords, and service providers. Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and facility operations. Negotiate vendor agreements and ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness. Monitor inventory levels and implement controls to reduce waste and improve utilization. Strategic Growth & Business Development Support physician recruitment, and organizational expansion efforts. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to increase referral volume and strengthen community relationships. Develop operational plans that support growth initiatives and new service offerings. Participate in executive planning and organizational strategy discussions. Data Analytics & Performance Management Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to operations, staffing, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention. Prepare executive-level reports and performance dashboards. Lead operational improvement projects focused on efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field. Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations leadership experience. Experience managing multiple healthcare locations and interdisciplinary teams. Knowledge of revenue cycle management, insurance processes, and payer requirements. Experience with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare technology platforms. Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between practice locations. Preferred Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), MBA, or related field. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. Salary Range- $65,000 to $85,000
