The firm has a strong focus on trusts and estates, estate planning, elder law, and a heavy transactional practice. We are seeking an experienced law firm manager who feels they have reached the ceiling in their current role and is looking for an opportunity to grow into their full potential. This is an opportunity for someone who understands law firm operations, enjoys building systems, and wants to play a meaningful leadership role in a growing professional services organization. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience managing operations, administration, and human resources in a law firm environment. The candidate should have broad experience with various aspects of law firm management, including staff supervision, workflow management, client service processes, vendor coordination, financial and billing oversight, performance management, and implementation of policies and procedures. Responsibilities include overseeing the firm's daily operations, supporting attorneys and staff, improving internal systems and workflows, managing administrative personnel, coordinating with outside vendors and consultants, assisting with recruiting and onboarding, monitoring performance and accountability, and helping the firm maintain a high level of client service as it continues to grow. The successful candidate must be organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced law firm environment. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with trusts and estates, elder law, estate planning, or transactional law practices is preferred but not required. Candidates must have prior law firm management experience. Qualifications:
At least five years of experience in law firm operations, administration, HR, or practice management Prior experience managing staff in a law firm environment Strong understanding of law firm workflows, client service, billing, scheduling, and administrative systems Experience with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Ability to identify operational issues and implement practical solutions Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Comfortable working with attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, vendors, and outside consultants Experience with legal technology, case management systems, CRM platforms, or workflow automation is a plus Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
