Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead daily processing activities and oversee facility operations. This position is responsible for maintaining safe operations, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring consistent standard operating procedures throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will need to have a background in stationary, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering, or industrial operations, along with substantial leadership and management experience. This is a management position requiring accountability and oversight of day-to-day operations. While the role carries significant responsibility, our focused product line provides a more structured and manageable operating environment than many traditional industrial facilities.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
