Performs a variety of administrative, concierge, and clerical responsibilities essential to the smooth daily operation of the Villa and guest wing. What you will do Effectively communicates guest concerns, service issues, and operational updates to Management in a timely manner Acts as a liaison between the front desk and various departments to ensure seamless guest service and operations Ensures a warm, welcoming environment and delivers a positive guest and family experience Oversees scheduling and coordination to ensure timeliness, consistency of service, and accuracy of appointments and reservations Answers phones in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner; records and distributes messages promptly Manages voicemail and responds to phone inquiries in a timely and service-oriented manner Greets and directs guests and visitors to the appropriate areas of the Villa Offers assistance and provides direction to guests, families, physicians, and visitors in a concise, informative, and hospitality-focused manner while maintaining a positive and courteous tone Maintains adequate inventory of office, hospitality, and clerical supplies Assists with administrative support, including faxing, copying, mailing, and guest-related requests as needed Maintains a polished and professional appearance and adheres to department and organizational dress code standards Assists with additional guest service, hospitality, and operational duties as needed to support the overall experience at Villa Marie Claire Education Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good interpersonal and communication skills. Computer skills required. Excellent customer service and telephone answering skills required.
