Office Growth, Agent Recruitment, and Training Role Summary The Director of Operations is a leadership role designed to scale the Signature Realty office. You will be responsible for the "Life Cycle of the Agent"—finding top talent, onboarding them, and providing the training necessary to maintain the companies luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment:

Actively identify, headhunt, and interview high-performing agents and promising new talent to join the brokerage.

Training & Development:

Design and lead training programs focusing on sales scripts, lead conversion, and the Signature luxury client experience.

Office Culture:

Foster a high-performance, competitive, yet collaborative culture that retains top producers.

Operational Systems:

Audit and improve internal workflows (CRM, transaction management, marketing requests) to ensure maximum efficiency.

P&L Management:

Oversee the office budget and track KPIs related to agent production and office profitability. Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in Real Estate or a high-growth sales environment. Proven track record in recruitment and team building. Active NJ Real Estate License (preferred) or deep knowledge of the industry. Exceptional "people skills" with the ability to influence and coach diverse personalities.

Salary Range Suggestion Base Salary:

$110,000 - $145,000

Total Compensation:

$160,000+ (Should include performance bonuses based on recruitment targets and office production growth).
