This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced leader ready to run a fast-paced, high-energy business where customer service, team culture, and operational excellence matter. We're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates well, solves problems quickly, and takes pride in building a successful team and facility.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the swim school, ensuring a safe, professional, and welcoming environment Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance of all team members Lead and develop staff including Swim Instructors, Front Desk, Lifeguards, Deck Supervisors, and Assistant Managers Lead in water training for new staff Ensure proper staffing levels at all times Deliver an exceptional customer experience for families and students Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently Monitor business performance, budgets, and key goals in partnership with ownership Help drive growth through strong operations, retention, and local community presence Maintain pool chemistry, equipment standards, and pump room operations Coordinate repairs and facility maintenance in a timely manner Communicate updates, policies, expectations, and training clearly to staff Uphold all safety procedures for both guests and employees

Qualifications:

3+ years management experience of 20+ hourly staff members

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

REQUIRED

Strong people leadership and team-building skills Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset Comfortable holding team members accountable while building morale Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
