Civil Branch Manager

Civil Department Manager - Land Development | South NJ A well-established and growing civil engineering firm in South Jersey is seeking a Civil Department Manager to lead its land development team. This is a key leadership role for someone ready to drive projects, mentor staff, and play a major part in the firm's continued growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of civil engineers and designers focused on land development projects Oversee project execution including site design, grading, drainage, and permitting Serve as the main point of contact for municipal clients and regulatory agencies Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local codes Mentor junior staff and help build a strong, collaborative team environment Assist with business development, client relationships, and proposal efforts

Qualifications:

BS in Civil Engineering PE license required (NJ preferred) 8+ years of land development experience Strong background working with municipalities in South Jersey Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D Proven leadership and project management experience
