Apply Overview Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Apply Description Pajarito Mountain Ski Area is seeking an experienced and driven Mountain Manager to lead mountain operations during an exciting period of growth and investment. With a Capital snowmaking pipeline project underway, this is a unique opportunity to help build a high-performing team and shape the future of skiing and riding in Los Alamos NM.
Position Overview:
The Mountain Manager will oversee all on-mountain operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality conditions for guests and staff. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to build and mentor a strong operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
