Job Description
Director of Operations (DO) will manage office operations and communications. The duties will include maintaining parish data base, records and master calendar updates. The DO will oversee bulletins, newsletters and other parish communications. Human Resource responsibilities will include overseeing and evaluating two employees. The DO will coordinate with the Treasurer to oversee the budget, track contributions and assist with reports. The DO will supervise building maintenance and security. It will be necessary to coordinate with the Sexton to ensure the readiness of the spaces used for worship and other events.
