$73,723 Guadalupe Credit Union is looking for a Branch Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll Lead and support branch staff in daily operations. Ensure employees have the skills and knowledge required for their roles and for advancement. Work with staff to identify solutions, think creatively, and approach situations from different perspectives. Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and monitoring branch performance. Provide ongoing guidance and direction to maintain consistent service and operational standards. GCU offers a comprehensive benefits package to support your overall well-being.Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional, timely, and accurate service to all members and employees. Maintain a cohesive, highly trained, and motivated staff to provide financially empowering service. Effectively coach staff to positive outcomes. Conduct timely performance reviews. Review monthly production of the branch to ensure appropriate results are attained. Engage with staff in all areas of the branch to be able to provide constructive feedback on their performance Ensure all duties for the branch are being completed properly and timely Delegate and set productivity goals for staff that ensure the delivery of internal or external service that provides financial empowerment and balances the best interests of the credit union and the membership. Hold staff accountable to achieve these goals through effective coaching.Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in a management or leadership role required; financial institution experience preferred.Education:
(1) Associate degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing program, or (3) specialized training or apprenticeship program. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferredPhysical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear and speak. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting, as well as standing and walking, with occasional bending, kneeling, reaching, and crouching. Filing and lifting of items up to 20 pounds may be required on an occasional basis.Additional Info:
