This is the perfect role for someone who wants to: Step into leadership Earn consistent income in a flexible part-time role Build strong relationships with clients and teams Compensation & Schedule $30,000/year base salary Performance based growth opportunities Evening Schedule~6:00pm - Until service is completed Typical service nights: Sunday-Thursday Flexible daytime hours for property visits and team management What you will be responsible for: Operations Leadership Oversee nightly valet trash service across 8-12 properties Ensure all routes are staffed, covered, and completed to standard Step in to support service when needed Team Management Recruiting, training and coaching Valets Manage scheduling, call-outs, and coverage Hold team members accountable to expectations Client Relationships Build strong partnerships with property managers, leasing teams, and maintenance Staff Conduct regular visits and service check-ins Respond quickly and professionally to questions or concerns What we are looking for: Highly reliable and accountable A strong communicator who builds relationships easily Solution-oriented, not reactive Comfortable managing people, schedules, and service execution What we
