SUMMARY The Strategic Field Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational performance across CGT's route by identifying inefficiencies, eliminating bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements. This role oversees machine performance, preventative maintenance programs, and ATM integration initiatives, while managing a team to ensure productivity, consistency, and adherence to company standards. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, analyze, and resolve operational bottlenecks across multiple locations to improve workflow efficiency. Review machine performance and location data to recommend upgrades, replacements, or operational adjustments. Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for gaming machines and ATM equipment. Manage and oversee a dedicated team to ensure productivity, accountability, and adherence to company policies. Monitor daily operations across locations to ensure service standards and performance expectations are met. Assist with the integration and rollout of ATMs onto CGT's route, ensuring proper setup, functionality, and compliance. Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of ATM and machine-related service issues. Develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures for ATM operations and maintenance. Track and report key performance metrics, including uptime, service efficiency, and operational improvements. Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Technical teams to align on company initiatives and performance goals. Ensure all assigned locations operate in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS 3-5
years of experience in operations management, field service, or route-based operations. Previous leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations preferred. Experience with gaming machines, ATMs, or similar equipment strongly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret performance data and implement process improvements. Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Nevada Gaming Registration. Must have a valid state driver's license.

Base Pay Range :
$95,000.00 This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
