Role:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly individual to act as a part-time Airbnb Assistant and Co-Host. In this role, you'll manage nearly all aspects of Airbnb operations, helping deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality, organization, and working independently.

Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay Handle guest communication via the Airbnb platform in a timely and professional manner Manage check-in/check-out processes, including generating key codes and welcome instructions Coordinate and supervise cleaning and maintenance services Monitor and update listings, calendar availability, and pricing strategy Restock supplies and ensure properties are guest-ready Handle minor guest issues and escalate when needed Leave reviews and encourage guests to leave feedback Track expenses and report on occupancy and income as needed Ensure compliance with Airbnb policies and local regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience with Airbnb or hospitality required Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Tech-savvy with a good understanding of the Airbnb platform and mobile apps Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to the property Ability to work independently and proactively Must be available to respond to guest messages in a timely manner, including evenings and weekends when needed
