Innkeeper

The Ledges Resort and Marina is a seasonal vacation rental resort located on the St. Lawrence River across from Boldt Castle. We are seeking a new Innkeeper to join our team. As an Innkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our resort and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is an outgoing person with good organizational and communication skills. ```Responsibilities```

• Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, and guest services
• Manage reservations and check-in/check-out processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the inn
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience '''Skills and Qualifications'''
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Outstanding guest service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
• Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and tac
• Experience in hotel management or a similar role
• Knowledge of hospitality management software
• Supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
