- for a new healthcare and senior living account in the
- Mohawk Valley / Capital District
- region of
- New York
- . This Operations Manager position will oversee Sodexo systems for the Food and Environmental Service operations. This is a consulting-type role. A strong leader with the ability to train and mentor staff is needed.
- What You'll Do
- + manage system operations for food and environmental services; + have exceptional client service skills with an executive presence; + be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores; + lead and train staff on systems in place.

- What You Bring
- + are an expert in building and maintaining strong customer / client relationships; + possess strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion; + have 1-3 years previous custodial and food service management experience preferably in a hospital environment; + can analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading committees and change management; + have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines; + are proficient with computers and other technology; have strong financial acumen and budget management experience + are leaders who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a housekeeping system and patient dining program •Who We Are•At Sodexo, our purpose is to create a better everyday for everyone and build a better life for all.

- Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience
- 3 years Minimum Functional Experience
- 3 yearswork experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
