Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Culinary Operations Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering outstanding food service experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff training and development, ensure food safety compliance, and uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire excellence in a fast-paced environment dedicated to enriching lives through exceptional cuisine. Responsibilities Lead and supervise culinary staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on high performance and continuous improvement Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency with quality standards Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to maintain a safe dining environment Coordinate shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and assist with budgeting to optimize operational efficiency Train staff on food production techniques, customer service excellence, and safety protocols Supervise all aspects of food service management in casual dining or catering settings, including banquet events or hotel operations Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or restaurant management within quick service or fast food environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and inventory tracking Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and managing shifts effectively Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle cash handling responsibilities confidently Previous experience in hospitality management or fine dining environments is highly desirable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us as a Culinary Operations Manager and be part of a passionate team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences that make every day special for our residents!
