Regan Landscape, an award-winning, full-service design/build firm located in Clarence, NY, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hardscape or Softscape Foreman to lead and train a small team in the installation and maintenance of living landscaping elements. We have a great team and would love for you to be a part of it. Regan Landscape is looking for a highly capable Field Expediter to help keep our landscape operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on field position for someone who can solve problems, support crews, handle customer concerns, coordinate logistics, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

Position Overview The Field Expediter serves as the operational "utility player" for the company. You'll respond to issues as they arise, support crews in the field, handle urgent customer concerns, coordinate equipment and material logistics, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. No two days are the same. Responsibilities Operations and Production Support Respond to job site issues impacting production Assist crews with installations, repairs, punch lists, and service work Fill in for crew members or crew leaders when needed Conduct site visits and project readiness checks Help keep projects on schedule and crews productive Identify and resolve field issues before they impact customers Customer Service and Complaint Resolution Respond to customer concerns and service requests Perform site visits to evaluate and resolve issues Coordinate warranty and callback work Communicate professionally with customers and leadership Logistics and Fleet Support Deliver materials, equipment, and tools to job sites Coordinate equipment transfers and emergency repairs Assist with material shortages and vendor pickups Support daily field readiness and operational efficiency Quality Control Perform project quality inspections Verify project completion and site cleanliness Identify punch list items and coordinate corrections Ensure work meets Regan Landscape standards Schedule Protection Monitor active projects and identify risks Assist with recovering delayed jobs Help coordinate labor and resources to maintain schedules Support Operations leadership with field execution and problem solving Qualifications 3+ years of landscaping, construction, or field operations experience Ability to operate landscape and construction equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude preferred Ability to read plans, scopes, and schedules Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Ideal Candidate You are: A jack-of-all-trades Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable working with crews and customers Able to solve problems without constant direction Organized under pressure Focused on results and accountability Compensation & Benefits $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Full-time or part-time opportunities available Company vehicle available for qualified candidates Overtime opportunities Paid holidays and PTO Career growth opportunities within operations leadership
