  • $70-90k + Commission Benefits
  • 100% individual Medical, Dental, Vision Iconic Hamptons Mediterranean restaurant known for seasonal cuisine, celebrity clientele, and strong wine culture.
Qualifications:
Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers) 1-3 years of experience as a Beverage Manager or Sommelier in a full-service restaurant Proven ability to curate thoughtful, well-priced, and unique wine lists aligned with the restaurant's cuisine Experience managing wine inventory, sourcing wines, and maintaining strong vendor relationships Ability to lead wine education and training for FOH staff to improve wine knowledge and sales Strong understanding of wine regions, producers, and pairing principles Sommelier Level 1 certification strongly preferred (sponsorship available if not currently held) Comfortable working the floor, engaging with guests, and driving beverage sales during service Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Candidates based on or willing to commute to the East End of Long Island strongly preferred

Professional, warm, and approachable personality no wine snobbery Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong inventory management skills Excellent communication skills with both guests and staff Natural leader who can educate, mentor, and motivate the team around beverage sales Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills in a busy dining environment
