Elmsford, NYSummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a local branch while driving performance, ensuring high service standards, and supporting team development. This role is responsible for managing operational execution, financial performance, and staff leadership while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external requirements. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in an on-site, fast-paced environment and takes ownership of branch success.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistencyLead, mentor, and manage on-site staff, including performance management and developmentManage branch-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial performanceEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulationsCoordinate scheduling, workflow planning, and resource allocationServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to branch operationsMonitor operational metrics and implement process improvements as neededSupport business development efforts and maintain strong client relationshipsAddress and resolve operational, personnel, or customer-related issues promptlyCollaborate with senior leadership to support regional and organizational goalsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered5+ years of experience in operations, facility, or branch-level managementProven ability to lead and manage on-site teamsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience managing budgets and operational performance metricsComfortable working in a fully on-site environmentProficiency with standard business software and operational systemsAbility to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
