Inspired by French winemaking traditions, we produce handcrafted, terroir-driven wines that have earned 90+ point scores from critics including Wine Spectator and Robert Parker . As we continue to grow, we are preparing to open a new tasting room on the east side of Seneca Lake in Hector, NY. We are looking for a passionate, hands-on Tasting Room Manager to join our leadership team and work in partnership with our Keuka Lake Tasting Room Manager. This role will help lead hospitality, staff development, guest experience, wine sales, and daily tasting room operations across our Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake locations. One manager will be based primarily at our Keuka Lake tasting room, while the other will help lead our new Seneca Lake location. Final placement will depend on experience, personality, leadership style, and overall fit. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing winery and help shape the culture, systems, and guest experience of a new tasting room from the ground up. This is not a corporate management role. You will work directly with the owners and winemakers, Céline and Sébastien LeSeurre, and play a key role in developing the guest experience and hospitality culture of the winery. Schedule Full-time, year-round position Friday through Tuesday, with weekends required Typical hours: 10:00 AM

• 6:30 PM Occasional evenings required for winery events Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Work in partnership with the current Keuka Lake Tasting Room Manager Help recruit, train, coach, and support a small hospitality team Build a culture of professionalism, warmth, accountability, and wine sales confidence Lead staff development and wine education training Assist with preparing and managing monthly staff schedules Support consistent standards across both tasting room locations Guest Experience Lead by example on the tasting room floor Conduct engaging, educational, and approachable wine tastings Ensure every guest receives a memorable and welcoming experience Support wine sales, repeat visits, and Wine Club membership growth Adapt the tasting experience to different guest personalities and levels of wine knowledge Operations Oversee daily tasting room operations Manage opening and closing procedures Handle POS operations, order fulfillment, and guest transactions Maintain inventory, merchandising, and tasting room presentation Ensure a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment Help develop systems and standards for the new Seneca Lake tasting room Marketing & Community Assist in planning and executing winery events Help develop partnerships within the Finger Lakes tourism and wine community Represent Domaine LeSeurre in a professional and authentic way Qualifications Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, winery, or tasting room operations Strong communication and team leadership skills Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and wine Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment Professional demeanor, positive energy, and strong attention to detail Comfortable coaching staff and holding team members accountable Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license required Willingness to work between Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake locations as needed Preferred Wine industry or tasting room experience Wine certifications such as WSET, CMS, or similar Experience with POS systems and sales reporting Experience with social media, Canva, Mailchimp, or visual merchandising Experience opening, organizing, or improving hospitality operations Why Join Domaine LeSeurre?
