Our client, a curated retail marketplace, is seeking a General Manager to join their team in New York City!

Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day operations multiple locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn Uphold a high-quality experience for both customers and partners Oversee general upkeep, logistics, and operational standards Build and maintain relationships vendors Recruit, train and onboard new associates Assist in improving processes, workflows, and operational standards

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in operations, retail, market management, specifically in a multi-unit environment Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organized and adaptable Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and peak times
