Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to lead our daily business activities, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service. In this role, you will oversee store or branch operations, manage staff, and implement strategies that drive sales growth and operational excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a positive work environment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact within a fast-paced retail or service environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store or branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling. Implement effective merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales opportunities. Monitor inventory levels through inventory control techniques; coordinate purchasing and stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Enforce health and safety regulations, manage shift schedules, handle customer complaints professionally, and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization. Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment with supervising responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, team management, sales management, and leadership. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, retail math (pricing and sales calculations), and merchandising techniques. Excellent communication skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Previous assistant manager experience or retail store management background is preferred.
