    $80,000
  • 95,000 + benefits A growing restoration company is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead mitigation projects in the field.
This is an 80% field-based role managing water, fire, and mold losses from initial assessment through completion.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and manage multiple mitigation projects simultaneously Conduct initial site assessments and define scope of work Secure approvals and communicate directly with insurance carriers Manage vendor program claims (Allstate, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, Kingstone Insurance, etc.) Work within TPA programs such as Accuserve, Contractor Connection, and Westhill Supervise and direct field technicians (currently overseeing 2 technicians) Ensure quality control from new job intake through project completion Handle fire, water, mold, and contents-related losses Gather field data to support estimating (primary estimating handled in office) Communicate effectively with adjusters, consultants, property managers, and customers Assist in developing and strengthening the production team
What You Bring:
5+ years of restoration experience (Strong reconstruction) Experience with insurance-driven work and vendor programs Xactimate and field documentation tools (NextGear, Encircle, MICA) Ability to lead in fast-paced, emergency environments

Base Salary:
$80K
