  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Supervisor to lead daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage team performance.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee inventory management, Breakfast area , and staff supervision to create a seamless shopping experience. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a positive team environment, and support the hotels overall success. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an energetic professional passionate about hotel management and team development. Duties Supervise daily hotel activities, including front office, Breakfast, and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations. Lead hiring efforts through interviewing and recruiting qualified candidates; facilitate employee orientation and onboarding. Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to optimize product availability. Train and develop team members on hotel Guest service techniques, POS systems, merchandising standards, and customer engagement. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets; manage shift schedules and allocate resources effectively. Maintain compliance with safety policies, store policies, and legal regulations while fostering a positive work environment. Skills Strong leadership with proven supervising experience in retail or similar environments. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Proficiency in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution. Skilled in inventory management, merchandising, retail math, and pricing strategies. Experience with Hotelkey systems. Ability to train staff effectively in guest service techniques, knowledge, and hotel policies. Organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking under pressure. Familiarity with hotel operations is a must; experience in assistant manager roles is advantageous.
