Director of Operations Hydrogen Franchising Port Chester, NY Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $100,000 a year 22 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Operational analysis Teamwork Team development Hiring Business development Full Job Description Director of Operations - Multi-Club ManagementPosition Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee the performance, standards, and profitability of multiple club locations. This leadership role requires daily travel between clubs to ensure operational excellence, maintain company standards, drive sales performance, and improve key business metrics. The Director of Operations will work closely with club managers and staff to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and develop innovative strategies that increase revenue and enhance the member experience. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management Conduct daily visits and detailed walkthroughs of assigned club locations. Ensure all clubs consistently meet company standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, customer service, and overall appearance. Identify operational deficiencies and implement corrective action plans. Monitor club operations and provide support to management teams as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Sales & Revenue Growth Drive membership sales, personal training sales, and other revenue-generating programs. Coach and motivate club managers and staff to achieve sales goals. Analyze club performance and develop action plans to improve results. Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability. Support marketing and promotional initiatives at the club level. KPI & Performance Management Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across all locations. Hold club managers accountable for achieving operational and financial goals. Review club performance regularly and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Prepare reports and provide updates on club performance to senior leadership. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and support club managers and staff. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Innovation & Business Development Develop and implement creative ideas to increase membership growth, member retention, and overall revenue. Evaluate industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Recommend and lead operational improvements that enhance efficiency and member satisfaction. Qualifications Previous leadership, management, or multi-location supervisory experience preferred. Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and operational management. Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop effective action plans. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel daily between club locations. Fitness industry experience is a plus but not required.
