We're looking for an experienced FOH Captain to lead our floor, set the tone for our guest experience, and develop the team around them. You'll be the standard-bearer for service at Bevy, working dinner service and a small amount of weekly admin time to manage the FOH schedule. You report to Pearsons/Bevy Director of Operations & Hospitality and work alongside the culinary team as a peer. What You'll Do Lead the FOH during dinner service — floor presence, table touches, service flow, and guest experience Set and hold service standards across the team — you model what great looks like Cover serving shifts if needed Write and manage the weekly FOH schedule within approved labor targets Coach, develop, and hold FOH staff accountable through consistent feedback and follow-through Run pre-shift meetings that prepare the team and communicate the full picture Partner with the culinary team on pacing, covers, and service execution Flag any guest experience, team performance, or operational issues to the Operations & Hospitality Director What We're Looking For 2+ years in a senior FOH role — floor supervisor, captain, or lead server experience preferred A genuine hospitality operator — you care about the guest experience and it shows on the floor Comfortable holding a team to a standard with warmth and consistency Experience writing or managing a schedule and understanding labor basics Strong communicator — clear with staff, composed under pressure, present on the floor A team player who can lead without needing to be the loudest person in the room The Details Primary shift: dinner service Small weekly admin block for scheduling
