Job Description

HVAC Service Supervisor
  • Bell Mechanical | Mahopac, NY | $100,000
  • 110,000 + $6,000 Bonus What you'll earn: $100K
  • 110K base salary $6,000 retention bonus ($2K at 6 months, $4K at 1 year) Profit sharing as we grow in Putnam County Company vehicle + fuel card — zero out-of-pocket Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO What you'll do: Lead HVAC service crews in the field across Westchester, Putnam, and Fairfield Counties.
You'll supervise daily operations, mentor technicians, coordinate labor/materials, enforce safety standards, and report directly to the Service Manager. VRF/VRV, central air, geothermal, and high-efficiency systems are your playground.
What you bring:
8-10+ years HVAC field service experience Proven leadership — you've coached techs and held a team accountable EPA 608 Universal + valid driver's license (required) ServiceTitan experience a plus A "get it done" mentality that matches our values We move fast.
