Job Description

ELM Utility Services with over 1400 employees nationwide, has an outstanding opportunity in Ohio as a State Director. The State Director is responsible for the hiring, training, managing, production, quality, corporate compliance, and profit/loss for our operation in Ohio. Daily contact by phone and in person with Utility Managers and crews in resolution of problems, conflicts, and overall customer satisfaction. The candidate will be managing about 20-25 locate technicians. Starting wages for this position will be $85,000-$100,000 depending on experience. Office hours and schedule may vary. Travel throughout Ohio is required.
