This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management and process improvement. The Director will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement effective business strategies that drive growth and enhance operational efficiency. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Duties Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Lead business development initiatives to identify new opportunities for growth. Implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Manage project management efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners to optimize operational performance. Foster a collaborative environment by providing leadership and guidance to department heads. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive improvements. Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills and promote professional development. Requirements Proven experience in operations management or a similar role within a senior leadership capacity. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop actionable plans. Demonstrated expertise in business development and process improvement methodologies. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams towards achieving organizational goals. Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing vendor relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
