Job Description Job Requisition Number 34639 Full Time Management M-F Days Onsite for
Neurodevelopmental Science Center Summary:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a small team of non-exempt and exempt employees, while managing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of up to one subspecialty practice, with additional oversight of one to two other locations within the region.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks. 2. Supervise and provide leadership to administrative and support staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. 3.Responsible for performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations. 4. Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient patient flow, optimize appointment scheduling, and minimize wait times. 5. Assist in managing office finances, including billing, invoicing, and expense tracking, to support the financial health of the practice. 6.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. 7. Responsible for the ongoing development of employee engagement initiatives. 8. Other duties as assigned. Technical Expertise 1. Strong leadership and team management skills. 2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 3. Proficient in data analysis, financial management, and project management. 4. Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation. 5. Proficiency in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Education and Experience 1.
Education:
Associate's degree in healthcare administration required. In lieu of an Associate's degree, minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare administration is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2.
Licensure:
N/A 3.
Certification:
Certificate in Healthcare Management required within 2 years of the role. 4.
Years of relevant experience:
Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience required. 5.
Years of supervisory experience:
Minimum 1 year of people management preferred.
