Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff through hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling Oversee daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure compliance Assist with budget planning, financial analysis, and inventory management Lead team meetings, motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment Handle customer concerns, ensure satisfaction, and build positive relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven success in managing a high-caliber, full-service dining environment is required Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in financial management and budgeting Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
