Job Description
Position Description:
Bowling Green Women's Soccer is looking for a detail-oriented Graduate Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in organization and execution. This role is heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of the program, including logistics, training setup, video coordination, and overall team support. This position is designed for individuals pursuing careers in coaching, performance analysis, recruiting, or collegiate athletics administration.Responsibilities:
Lead and manage team operations including equipment, apparel, and daily logistics. Plan, organize, and execute training session setup and breakdown with attention to detail. Coordinate eam travel logistics, itineraries, and operational needs. Oversee video workflow including practice/game filming, editing, and data organization (HUDL/Wyscout). Support game-day operations (bench management, warm-ups, statistics, post-game tasks). Maintain and organize internal systems (Trello, Team works, shared drives, calendars). Assist with administrative tasks, camps, and overall program coordination.Assist in recruiting operations:
database management, visit coordination, and talent identification. Identify inefficiencies and take initiative to improve processes and workflows.Expectations:
