Supervise and lead a team of 6-10 operators within a casting operation Oversee all aspects of the casting production process to ensure efficiency and quality Manage the receiving and inspection of incoming goods and materials Handle minimal purchasing duties to support operational needs Proven supervisory experience in metal melting operations Hands-on knowledge of casting, furnace operations, smelting, and heat treating processes Company manufactures specialty metal products Team atmosphere with many long tenured employees Position is newly created and due to company growth!
